Project Manager
A leading client-side hospitality group is recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join their expanding team in London. This role involves planning, procuring, and overseeing property projects across their hotel portfolio. As a Project Manager you will have strong property and construction project management skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Project Manager Duties
Lead capex and property-related projects within the Hotel sector, including refurbishments, extensions, and other initiatives.
Collaborate with the Development Director on new hotel developments.
Drive procurement solutions to enhance delivery and support business growth.
Perform effective management of third-party contractor and consultant teams.
Work with senior management to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Utilise existing networks and forge new industry connections to meet project goals.
Conduct market research to identify property trends, solutions, and delivery models.
Manage key stakeholder relationships.
Project Manager Key Attributes:
RICS/CIOB or equivalent.
Demonstrated experience in property construction, fitout, or operational change projects.
Minimum 5 years' experience in a Project Management construction role.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Highly motivated with strong initiative and relationship-building skills.
Adaptable and able to thrive in ambiguous situations.
Strong prioritisation and financial acumen.
Desire to drive significant change and contribute to our growth journey.
Self-motivated, optimistic, and patient, with a focus on problem-solving.
Ability to scale with evolving business needs.
You will be an ambitious individual with a competitive spirit, a sense of humour, and a hands-on approach to finding solutions.
