We are seeking a qualified and experienced Finance Director to work with an entrepreneurial property developer in West London.
Your role will be to oversee financial reporting for all SPVs and consolidate financial reporting on a monthly basis. This role will work closely with the company Director to ensure accurate shareholder information and manage external accountants for end-of-year accounts. The position involves handling ad-hoc financial tasks and would suit someone with experience working for a real estate or construction business.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly financial reports for SPVs and consolidated financial reporting.
Assist in managing shareholder information and communication.
Supervise external accountants to ensure timely completion of end-of-year accounts.
Handle ad-hoc financial projects and tasks as required.
Role Details:
Part-Time Role: 1-2 days per week, with in-person presence required in West London office.
Start Date: 1st June
Daily Rate: £500
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Qualified ACCA or ACA with significant experience in financial management.
Experience in real estate / construction finance is highly desirable.
Proficiency in financial systems such as Xero and advanced Excel skills including pivot tables.
Strong communication skills for interacting with investors and presenting financial reports.
Experience in board-level communication, including handling company sales processes and investor relations.
Additional Requirements:
Proven ability to work effectively in a part-time capacity, delivering high-quality financial reporting and strategic guidance.
Experience with systems integration and enhancing financial processes.
Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
