Our client is a leading name in civil and geotechnical engineering, delivering complex infrastructure and ground engineering projects across the UK. With a strong reputation for technical excellence and a healthy pipeline of major projects, they're looking to appoint an experienced Civils Estimator to join their growing pre-construction team.

As Estimator, you'll play a key role in:

  • Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for civil and ground engineering schemes

  • Analysing tender documentation and identifying key commercial opportunities and risks

  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to gather pricing information and ensure robust submissions

  • Supporting bid teams through the tender process and contributing to successful project awards

You'll bring:

  • Proven experience in civil, ground, or infrastructure estimating

  • Strong commercial and technical awareness with attention to detail

  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and tender documentation

  • Proficiency in estimating systems such as Causeway, Candy, or similar

  • HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred)

  • Experience in piling, foundations, or major infrastructure projects (advantageous)
