We're looking for a driven and technically skilled Associate Structural Engineer to join the London SE1 team and play a key role in leading the design and delivery of complex structural projects.
About the Role:
As part of the 250-strong Civil & Structural division, you'll be based in a vibrant London office of 140 staff, with 20 in the civil & structural team at this office, collaborating on projects that range from £10m to £50m+, including:
- Data centres
- Healthcare facilities
- Schools
- Defence projects
- Mixed-use developments and residential schemes (typically 8-15 storeys)
You'll take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, lead teams, engage with clients, monitor financial performance and mentor junior engineers - all while helping to shape the future of their structural offering.
What You Bring:
- Chartered (MIStructE or MICE)
- Strong technical ability in steel and concrete design
- Proven experience running projects and leading teams
