Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, contract documentation and procurement strategies for healthcare projects
Conduct risk analysis and value engineering exercises
Provide commercial management and cost control from inception to final account
Liaise with clients, design teams, contractors and stakeholders
Negotiate and settle final accounts
Requirements:
MRICS qualified Quantity Surveyor
Proven experience on healthcare projects, preferably in both pre and post-contract roles
Strong technical abilities with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Self-motivated team player with ability to mentor junior staff
