Exciting Opportunity for an Associate Director Quantity Surveyor
Construction Consultancy
London or Birmingham

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for a rewarding new challenge? Our client, a leading construction consultancy, is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their exceptional team in London or Birmingham.

In this role, you will be working on iconic, complex healthcare projects that are truly making a difference in communities. You will be a key part of this prestigious firm's continued growth and success in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cost estimates, contract documentation and procurement strategies for healthcare projects

  • Conduct risk analysis and value engineering exercises

  • Provide commercial management and cost control from inception to final account

  • Liaise with clients, design teams, contractors and stakeholders

  • Negotiate and settle final accounts


Requirements:

  • MRICS qualified Quantity Surveyor

  • Proven experience on healthcare projects, preferably in both pre and post-contract roles

  • Strong technical abilities with exceptional attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills

  • Self-motivated team player with ability to mentor junior staff
