The Role
Deliver a broad range of building surveying services across commercial, residential, education and mixed-use sectors
Take responsibility for client relationships and project delivery
Support and mentor junior members of the team
Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the Oxford office
Work closely with senior leadership on strategic objectives
About You
Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) or working towards chartership
Proven experience within a consultancy environment
Strong technical building surveying background
Commercially aware with a client-focused approach
