An exciting opportunity has arisen for a structural engineer with several years of buildings structural design experience has to join this small structural design consultancy based in SE1. The firm currently have 12 staff. The job title itself can be flexible (could be Senior/Principal or Associate for the right person).
The ethos of the practice is to be engineers who are willing to push boundaries; they pride themselves on developing and retaining their staff, and offering creative value engineering solutions for their clients. A holistic view of engineering is essential to them.
Workload is very varied and includes buildings projects involving commercial , residential, housing, education, deep basements and temporary works.
You will be taking responsibility for projects and mentoring and managing more junior staff, playing a senior technical role in the office.
