About Danny
As a Recruitment Manager specialising in the construction sector, Danny has built a strong reputation for connecting top talent with leading contractors, developers, and consultancies across the UK. With extensive experience recruiting across Commercial, Production and Preconstruction biased positions, working closely with clients and candidates to deliver tailored recruitment solutions across permanent and freelance markets.
Danny is passionate about building long-term relationships through honesty, consistency, and a proactive approach. Known for his strong market knowledge and network within the construction industry, he has developed a track record of successful placements and repeat business, supporting projects from early-stage appointments through to senior leadership hires.
Before joining Aldwych Consulting, Danny progressed within the recruitment industry at both LJB and Londinium Recruitment in leadership-focused roles, gaining experience managing teams and mentoring consultants while continuing to develop his own client base and market presence.
Outside of work, Danny is a passionate football supporter and a loyal Crystal Palace season ticket holder of more than 20 years. Above all, family is at the heart of everything he does, with his greatest pride and joy being his daughter, Isobel, alongside his partner and their close-knit family unit. He also enjoys spending quality time with his family on holidays in the sun.
